The GM Search team is working on developing the job description and compensation package. This will be used to drive the national search for the co-op's first general manager, which will also be the task of this team. They will present finalist candidates to the board who will conduct interviews and hire the successful candidate.
This team meets once a month for one hour over Zoom and works with a professional consultant.
